This truly spectacular, USD 2 billion facility is positioned as Hong Kong's IT Flagship with a focus on digital content/entertainment. Cyberport is also an international award winning 'intelligent building' with a magnificent location on the ocean.
Muscat EGames Conference & Trade Mission
Sharing with you some links and information about the recent EGames Conference, Trade Mission and Launch of a Middle East Soft Landing Zone at Knowledge Oasis Muscat in Oman. The conference featured speakers from the UK and an interactive workshop focusing on the use of serious games and virtual world technologies to support culture, heritage and tourism. Both the launch of the Soft Landing Zone and the conference attracted senior Government ministers including Maqbool bi Ali Sultan, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of PEIE.

Simon Stevens, Simon Stevens is chief executive of Enable Enterprises, which he started in 1998.
Having cerebral palsy, Simon has always defied conventions. He went to mainstream education when he was 11 and achieved a full education, going to Coventry University to gain BSc Manufacturing and Business Studies.
As a leading disability consultant, trainer, researcher, advocate and recently actor, Simon won the Community Category of Enterprising Young Brit in 2004.

Culturing Reputations: how the West Midlands can use its cultural assets to improve its image in the run up to 2012. This event was hosted at SGI on 5th November 2007. In his first speech as Regional Minister for the West Midlands, Liam Byrne MP issued a number of key challenges to the region. One of these was to change perceptions of the region in the run-up to the 2012 Olympics, with a particular emphasis on better utilising our cultural, sporting and heritage assets.
