The PR:EPARe Game aims to support the delivery of the Respect YourSelf (RSE) programme, promoting communal discourse and debriefing within a formal classroom setting. The Prepare project was funded by the Health Innovation and Education Cluster (HIEC) for West Midlands (South), UK. The intervention mapping was carried out by the Studies in Adolescent Sexual Health (SASH) Research Group led by Dr Katherine Brown. In collaboration with SASH, a serious game, PR:EPARe (Positive Relationships: Eliminating Coercion and Pressure in Adolescent Relationships), was developed by the Serious Games Institute (SGI) led by Dr Sylvester Arnab. The game is currently being deployed in the local schools in Coventry and Warwickshire.
